Vibracoustics Captive mountings are constructed either with integral limit stops or have provision for limitation devices when installed as an assembly. The captive property is ideal for Marine Engine Mounts and is particularly suited to all mobile applications or fire fail-safe environments where overall movement limitation is desired.


40. V-MOUNTINGS
General-purpose anti-vibration mountings fitted with internal limit devices as standard, available in fully bonded and base bonded composite forms including a high deflection range. Used in general applications and as marine engine mounts.

44. INSTRUMENT MOUNTINGS Load capacity 2 - 90 kg.
Vibration /shock protection for sensitive equipment. Also used to reduce structure borne noise to locomotive cabs, walls and floor panels.

48. MARINE CONICAL MOUNTINGS Load Range 150 - 7850 kg
Originally designed as marine engine mounts the RD Conical mountings are produced in several types to cover a wide load range. Excellent acoustic attenuation properties verified by extensive testing at TNO ensure the mount is now a standard fitting

41. V1-HUSH 'MARINE FLEX' MOUNTINGS Load 25 to 1000kg
Type approved by 'DNV', the 'Marine Flex' were designed to accept thrust yet provide good vibration and noise isolation performance. Used extensively in the pleasure boat industry as marine engine mounts, these mounts are also used widely throughout general industry.

45. VI-CAP MOUNTINGS Load capacity 20 - 540 kg
A simple compression and bush type mounting, fully captive when installed. Used on engine and ancillary equipment to provide vibration and shock isolation for mobile, marine and off-road applications.

46. COMPRESSION MOUNTINGS Load capacity 100 - 700 kg
A fully bonded mounting designed for mobile applications. The robust plate fixing provides excellent shock strength both in passive and active applications. Separate top and bottom snubbing washers limit displacements and provide a fully captive installation.

47. CONICAL MOUNTINGS Load capacity 20 - 3000 kg
The preferred choice for many mobile applications where high horizontal and vertical shock loads may occur. Available with both overload and rebound washers, the full assembly provides a totally captive and displacement limiting solution. Also available in pedestal form for marine engine mounts.

49. TT TYPE Load capacity 100 - 3050 kg
Designed to provide substantial thrust and load change capacity with nominal change in characteristics, the TT1 and TT2 marine engine mounts provide a high quality product for main engine applications in both thrust and non-thrust applications.
