Elastomeric Bearings

Fully bonded products using high-grade materials for suspension systems, maintenance free elastomeric bearings and buffering devices in machinery and articulating equipment. A wide range of available Circular mounting sizes, with male and female combination fixings, provides mountings to meet most applications.

10. ULTRA DUTY BUSHES / ELASTOMERIC BEARINGS
Supplied pre-stressed for maximum service life, UD bushes are used as maintenance free flexible bearings for vehicle suspensions, drive couplings, elastic supports for shafts and linkages and torque arm bushes.

14. SPHERICAL BEARINGS / ELASTOMERIC BEARINGS
The ideal anti vibration mountings element for joints and linkages with angular movement capacity in all planes. Used in torque links, traction links and panard rods.

16. HYDRO-BUSHES
Hydraulically damped and captive in construction, the anti vibration mountings offer good isolation with damping tuned around resonance, but de-coupled at high frequencies.

17. VI-CENTRIC BUSHES OFF-SET
These Elastmeric bearings are designed with non-concentric metals, the VI-Centric range of bushes are essentially a captive mounting with a defined direction of installation and loading. The captive nature provides a simple fail-safe device, particularly suited to cab mounting applications etc.

21. CIRCULAR MOUNTINGS TYPE V1
Circular rubber section bonded between two metal discs
Stud to stud fixing, commonly refered to as Type A bobbin Anti vibration mounts.

22. CIRCULAR MOUNTINGS TYPE V2
Circular rubber section bonded between two metal discs
Stud to female fixing, commonly refered to as Type B bobbin Anti vibration mounts.

23. CIRCULAR MOUNTINGS TYPE V3
Circular rubber section bonded between two metal discs
Female to female fixing

29. MISCELLANEOUS CIRCULAR MOUNTINGS
Circular rubber section bonded between circular or hexagonal metal discs with or without interleaves and straight or waisted rubber sections.

31. RING-BUFFER & RE-BOUND WASHERS (Capacity to 500,000N)
Annular in form these units are used for energy absorption, the reduction of impact loads or for limiting of shock and transient displacements. Typically used as part of a mounting assembly, these buffers have also been used successfully as simple machine feet.

33. CONICAL BUFFER
The conical rubber profile provides increasing stiffness with applied load, a property ideal for a suspension spring assister or simple, shock absorber.

34. 'V4' CIRCULAR BUFFERS
Simple circular rubber section bonded to a single metal disc with threaded stud fixing used in many varied industrial and mobile applications.

35. 'V5' CIRCULAR BUFFERS
Simple circular rubber section bonded to a single metal disc with female fixing used in many varied industrial and mobile applications.

36. SMALL & MEDIUM PLATE BUFFERS
Available in various shapes and sizes for most industrial and mobile applications requiring 2 or 4 bolt flat plate fixings.

37. LARGE PLATE BUFFERS
Based on the VRD & SLIC sandwich mountings these buffers provide high shock load capacities up to 50000kg at varying displacements.

38. SIESMIC SNUBBERS
Installed in earthquake critical areas, these units are used in conjunction with conventional non-captive anti vibration mountings to limit relative displacement during an earthquake event.
